CPR360
CPR guidance, AED finder, and community — for bystanders in a cardiac emergency.

Support

Name change (2026-09-19): the app formerly called HeartHealth is now CPR360. That rename changed only the product name, not this document’s substance. The URLs of these pages are unchanged.

CPR360 is an educational tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care or formal CPR/AED certification. For questions about your own health or someone else’s, talk to a doctor — this app is not a substitute for that conversation. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) and follow the instructions of trained dispatchers and responders.

Contact us

Email hearthealthdata@gmail.com for anything — bugs, questions, content concerns, privacy requests, or account deletion help.

CPR360 is a small independent project, not a staffed support desk. We read every message and reply as soon as we reasonably can, but we can’t promise a response within any set time. If your message is about someone’s immediate safety, please contact emergency services rather than waiting for a reply.

To help us help you faster, include your device model, its iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

What CPR360 does

Reporting content or blocking someone

Every post and comment in the Community has a menu with Report and Block.

We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks the rules, and suspend or ban the accounts that post it. See the Community Terms of Use for the full rules.

If you believe content on CPR360 is unlawful or puts someone at risk, email us at the address above and describe where to find it.

Deleting your account

Full details, including how to request deletion by email without the app: Delete Your Account.

Open the app, tap the profile icon on the Home screen, and go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your login, contributor profile, notification record, reputation record, reactions, and block list.

Some things intentionally survive, in anonymized form, as the Delete Your Account page lists in full:

If you would rather your posts be hidden, delete them yourself before deleting your account; a deleted post is hidden from everyone but kept on our servers for moderation, and you can ask us to erase it for good. If you signed in with Apple, deleting your account also revokes CPR360’s Sign in with Apple token. If you signed in with Google, there is no CPR360 token on our servers to revoke; you can remove CPR360 from your Google Account’s third-party connections.

If you don’t have the app or can’t reach the setting, email us — the Delete Your Account page says what to include.

Privacy requests

Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect and why. Washington residents have additional rights under the My Health My Data Act — see the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Your emergency contacts never leave your device. They are stored in your phone’s secure keystore (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore) and are never uploaded to our servers.

About this project

CPR360 was built in memory of Gwyneth Griffin.

When she was twelve years old, while running on the school track, she suffered a cardiac arrest. Her friends ran to get their teachers, but no one there could perform CPR, and no one could find an AED. Her father arrived about ten minutes later and began compressions. By then her brain had gone too long without oxygen. She died seven weeks later from an anoxic brain injury.

CPR360 is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Gwyneth’s Gift Foundation. The app’s Donate button opens the foundation’s own website in your browser; CPR360 never collects, processes, or forwards money.
