Community Terms of Use
Version 2026-07-25.1 · Effective 2026-07-29
Name change (2026-09-19): the app formerly called HeartHealth is now CPR360. Only the product name changed — this document, its version, and its effective date are otherwise unaffected. The URLs of these pages are unchanged.
These Terms govern your use of the CPR360 Community — the in-app feed where people share posts, comments, and reactions. They are separate from our Privacy Policy. By tapping “I Agree” you accept these Terms; if you don’t agree, you can still use every other part of CPR360.
You must be 13 or older
The Community is only for people aged 13 and up. By joining you confirm you are at least 13. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we remove the content and the account.
The Community is not an emergency service
The Community is not monitored in real time and is not a way to get emergency help. If you or someone else may be in danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately — do not wait for a reply to a post. Never delay seeking professional care because of something you read here.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior — including harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, spam, scams, and harmful misinformation. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove any content and suspend or ban any account, at our discretion, to keep the Community safe.
How moderation works
Posts and comments are screened automatically before they appear, and anything can be reported or its author blocked from the post itself. Content reported by multiple people is hidden automatically pending review. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or ban the accounts that post it.
Automatic AI screening (Cloudflare)
Before a post, comment, or report appears in the Community, its text is checked automatically by an AI moderation service that CPR360 runs on Cloudflare Workers AI, a third-party provider. Only the text you submit is sent — never your name, your account, or your location.
Cloudflare’s published Workers AI data-usage documentation states:
Cloudflare does not use your Customer Content to (1) train any AI models made available on Workers AI or (2) improve any Cloudflare or third-party services
and separately:
Cloudflare does not make your Customer Content available to any other Cloudflare customer.
(“Customer Content” is Cloudflare’s own defined term for what we send them — here, your submitted text. Source: https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers-ai/platform/data-usage/, last updated 21 April 2026.)
The underlying models are third-party models supplied through Cloudflare and carry their own licenses.
If the check cannot run, your post is held unpublished until it can be looked at.
We ask for your permission for this screening separately, on its own screen with its own button, before any text you write is sent for it — it is not bundled into accepting these Terms.
If you do not give that permission, you can use every other part of CPR360 — the CPR metronome, voice guidance, the AED map, and Learn are all unaffected — but the Community stays closed, because screening happens before publication and there is no path that skips it. You can change your answer any time under Settings → Community AI screening.
CPR and medical information
Community posts are written by other users and are for general information and support only — they are not medical advice, and following them is at your own risk.
CPR360’s own guidance is derived from American Heart Association materials for lay rescuers. It is educational, it has not been reviewed or certified by the American Heart Association, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care or formal CPR/AED certification. Nothing in this app replaces advice from a qualified clinician who knows your situation — if you have questions about your own health or someone else’s, talk to a doctor. In an emergency, call 911.
Guidance notes
CPR360 may attach a short, informational “CPR guidance note” under a post when the post appears to conflict with current bystander guidance. These notes are ours, not the poster’s, and are meant to inform readers — they do not mean the post was removed.
Fundraising and payments
Fundraising posts must link out to an external page to collect any money. CPR360 never processes payments or donations inside the app, and a donation never unlocks anything here.
Deleting your content and your account
You can remove your own posts and comments any time. If you delete your account, the posts and comments you wrote stay in the Community shown as “[deleted]”, so conversations others took part in remain intact — delete them yourself first if you would rather they be removed. Moderation records (reports and removals) are kept as needed for safety.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make a material change we will ask you to agree again before you keep using the Community. Continuing to use the Community after an update means you accept it.
